He worked quickly and efficiently, but his report was extremely detailed from a crack in the foundation to improper flashing on the roof and everything in-between, he didn’t miss anything. I know which outlets aren’t getting electricity, which pipe is leaking, and which items aren’t on a dedicated circuit. It’s hard to believe that he found everything in such a short amount time, and recommended the correct fixes for every single thing with photographs.
